Comment & send feedback
Use comments to discuss canvas content, or report a product issue with the relevant nodes and canvas context attached.
Use a canvas comment when a teammate needs to change part of the work. Use Report an issue when a button fails, a generation behaves unexpectedly, or the page shows an error.
| What happened | Use |
|---|---|
| “The product should be larger in this image.” | Comment |
| “Nothing happens after I select Generate.” | Report an issue |
1. Add a comment to the canvas
- Select Comment mode in the left canvas toolbar.
- Select the place you want to discuss.
- Enter your comment.
- Press
Enterto send it. - Select Comment mode again to exit.
The comment stays on the canvas as a node. Place it next to the image, clip, or text it refers to so teammates can understand it when they open the canvas later.
Each comment can contain up to 200 characters. Use Shift Enter to add a new line.
2. Reply, edit, or delete
Select a comment node to open the full thread.
- Reply from the input at the bottom.
- Select
···next to one of your own comments to edit or delete it. - You can reply to another person's comment, but you cannot edit it for them.
Comments do not currently have a resolved state. When the change is complete, reply with the result, or let the comment author delete the thread if it is no longer needed.
3. Write a comment someone can act on
Name the content and the requested change:
The product is too small in shot 2. Keep the composition, but enlarge the product until it fills roughly one-third of the frame width.
Comments such as “this feels wrong” or “make it more premium” usually require another round of clarification.
4. Report a product issue
If the issue involves specific nodes, select those nodes first and choose Report an issue from the floating toolbar. They appear as related nodes in the feedback window.
You can include:
- what you were doing;
- what you expected to happen;
- what actually happened;
- an optional screenshot;
- the current canvas link;
- a recent operation replay.
Creative OS also attaches technical context such as the app version, browser and operating system, timestamp, canvas ID, node count, network status, and locale. This gives TapNow enough information to reproduce the problem.
5. Describe the issue clearly
For example:
I selected two video nodes and created a Playlist. After I confirmed, the page stayed in a loading state for five minutes and no Playlist appeared. I can reproduce it after refreshing. Both source videos play normally.
Before sending feedback, check the screenshot, related nodes, and canvas link for client material or personal information that is unrelated to the issue.
If the feedback window cannot send, keep the screenshot and the time of the error so you can include them when you contact TapNow support.
