View notifications

Open your TapNow account notifications and claim event rewards.

TapNow uses in-app notifications for account updates. At the moment, My Notifications lets you review and claim event rewards.

Review and claim rewards

  1. Select your profile picture in the top-right corner.
  2. Select My Notifications.
  3. Open Rewards to see the reason, amount, date, and claim status for each reward.

Review notifications and claim rewards

When a reward is waiting to be claimed, a notification dot appears on your profile picture and next to My Notifications. Select Claim beside an individual reward, or use Claim All to process everything that is ready.

If your account belongs to more than one organization, confirm the destination under Deposit to before claiming. A submitted reward shows Processing until it has been deposited, then changes to Claimed.
