Manage Tapies & plans
Learn what affects Tapies usage, how to review estimated spend before a run, and how to choose between a subscription and a top-up.
Generating images, video, or audio—and asking Agent to complete a multi-step task—can call different models and computing resources. Tapies provide one way to track that usage, so you can review the expected cost before you start and see where your balance went afterward.
Tapies are not deducted at one fixed rate per click. Usage changes with the model, output settings, duration, number of results, and complexity of the task.
Before a generation starts, the page shows an estimated Tapies cost based on the model and settings you have selected. Use this number to understand roughly how many Tapies the generation may require. The final deduction is based on the completed generation and the usage recorded in Billing.
What can use Tapies?
Common sources of usage include:
- Agent tasks that require computing resources or call Apps;
- Generating images, video, audio, or other content;
- Selecting a higher resolution, longer duration, or more results;
- Using models or specialized features with different prices;
- Generating more variations or running the same task again.
Typing text, moving canvas nodes, or organizing a canvas does not always use Tapies. Check the current page before running a task to see whether it has a cost and what the estimate is.
Why review the estimate before you run?
The same goal can be completed in different ways. For example, generating four lower-cost direction images and refining one selected option is usually easier to budget than generating several high-spec videos immediately.
When you use a new model or workflow for the first time, start in Ask mode:
- Review the model or App that Agent plans to use;
- Check the number of results, aspect ratio, resolution, and duration;
- Review the estimated Tapies cost;
- Confirm that the correct reference version is selected;
- Start the run.
The estimate helps you make a decision before the run. Your final usage is based on the task that completes and the record shown in your account.
Check your balance and usage
The benefits and billing area of your account can show:
- Your current Tapies balance;
- Daily, weekly, or cumulative usage;
- Total usage and Agent usage;
- Transactions and billing records;
- Your active subscription and included benefits;
- Promotional or dedicated credits, when available.
If a balance change looks unexpected, check your most recent runs by time and compare them with your transaction history. In a team space, also confirm which member ran the task.
Promotional and dedicated credits
Some credits have their own eligible models, priority, or expiration date. For example, a promotional credit may only work with a specific model or campaign.
Do not rely on the total balance alone. Before an important run, also check:
- Whether the credit applies to the selected model;
- Whether it is about to expire;
- Whether the run will use your general balance after the credit is exhausted;
- Whether the task is running in a personal or team space.
Refer to the credit details and campaign terms shown on the current page for the applicable rules.
Subscription or top-up?
Choose based on how often you work:
| Your usage | Review this option first |
|---|---|
| You create regularly and need stable benefits | Monthly or annual subscription |
| You need additional capacity for a short production period | Pay-as-you-go top-up |
| Several people share the same balance | Team plan, team balance, and member limits |
| You need a specific model or campaign feature | The corresponding bundle or dedicated credit |
Prices, eligible models, and plan benefits can change, so this guide does not store fixed figures. Review the in-product pricing page and order confirmation page before purchasing.
Payment, top-up, or subscription failed
Check:
- Whether your card or payment account is available;
- Whether your network connection and recurring-payment authorization are working;
- Whether the order is still processing;
- Whether the benefits arrived but the page has not refreshed;
- Whether you are viewing a personal account or a team account.
Do not submit the same payment repeatedly. Wait a few minutes, then check the order and balance again. If the issue continues, keep the order number, transaction time, amount, and displayed payment status before contacting support.
