Before you contact us

For a product or connection issue, include the following when available:

• The email address or account identifier you use with TapNow;
• The product or connected platform;
• What you tried to do, what you expected, and what happened instead;
• The approximate time, error message, and steps to reproduce the issue;
• A relevant canvas or project link and a screenshot with sensitive information removed.

For a billing issue, include the order number, approximate time, amount, and status shown in TapNow. Do not email passwords, access tokens, secret keys, or full payment card details.
