Use shortcuts
Use common shortcuts for the canvas, Agent, and Playlist to work faster.
Shortcuts are most useful for actions you repeat throughout the day: undoing a change, copying nodes, moving around the canvas, opening Agent, or cutting a clip. Start with the shortcuts you need most; you do not need to memorize the full list.
Use ⌘ on Mac and Ctrl on Windows. The same key can behave differently in a text field, on the canvas, in Playlist, or inside an editor, so check where the current focus is before using it.
Start with these basics

If a shortcut does not work, click an empty area of the canvas and try again. When the cursor is inside a text field, copy, paste, and delete usually affect the text instead of a node.
Move between the canvas and Agent

A common rhythm is to open Agent with ⌘ J or Ctrl J, send a task, close the panel, and then use zoom and pan to review the result. To ask Agent to change a specific object, select it before using Point to Edit.
Edit in playlist

Place the playhead accurately before using C, Q, or E. Play the area around the edit immediately afterward to confirm that the picture and audio were not trimmed too far or not far enough.
If a shortcut does not work
Check these items in order:
- Click the canvas, node, or timeline you want to control;
- Confirm that you are not typing text or recording voice;
- Switch to an English keyboard layout and try again;
- Check whether the browser or operating system uses the same shortcut;
- Before refreshing, confirm that the current canvas has synced.
